    A. The library provides the following accessible services for people with disabilities:

1. Barrier-Free Facilities
   The Chung - Cheng Library and Dah-Hsian Seetoo Library are equipped with elevators, ramps at entrances and accessible restrooms. Other branches such as the Social Sciences Library, Commerce Library, and Communication Library also have elevators for access.
    
2. Services of library material borrowing:
   If assistance is needed in searching the collection or retrieving books from the shelves, please inquire at the service desks of each library. Alternatively, you can fill out the "Proxy Borrowing Authorization Form for Eligible Patrons" in advance and authorize a family member or friend, along with the borrower's and proxy's identification documents, to handle the borrowing process at the service desks.
    
3. Priority Seating:
   Priority seating is available at each library for those in need.
