Disabled readers may apply for borrowing library materials online or in person.

1. Online application: Fill out the proxy form and email the form to libcir@nccu.edu.tw. The librarian will check out and reserve requested materials for three days. Disabled readers may pick up the materials from the designated location.

2. In-person application: The librarian at the service desk will assist disabled readers who check out materials at the library in person.
