綜合院館圖書館因進行1樓空調風管、天花板更新工程，2025年12月29日至2026年3月15日2026年4月9日將閉館施工，不開放讀者入館。
閉館期間綜圖架上館藏開放線上預約，讀者可於預約時指定取書地點。綜圖將於綜合院館2樓大廳之綜圖開放空間設置臨時櫃台提供借還書與期刊、指定參考書調閱服務 (臨時櫃台服務時間比照原綜圖寒假開放時間)：
1. 借閱綜圖館藏圖書：綜圖架上館藏開放線上預約(比照一般預約書預約方式)，由館員在工程空檔到架上取書，請於接獲取書email通知後再到圖書館借書，可指定其他館取書：
A.預約時指定綜圖取書→綜院2樓大廳綜圖開放空間借書
B.預約時指定於校內其他圖書館借書→到預約時選定的取書館借書。指定其他館取書需配合校內圖書傳送車行程，約需2-4工作天之等待期間。
C.校外讀者無學校帳號，無法線上申請預約館藏→請註明使用者姓名，需要調閱的館藏，預計到館閱覽日期email到 cclsl@nccu.edu.tw 信箱。請收到email回覆後至綜院2樓大廳綜圖開放空間現場閱覽。
2. 期刊、指定參考書調閱：請註明使用者姓名、需求期刊刊名卷期/指定參考書書名、預計使用時間email到 cclsl@nccu.edu.tw 信箱。館員將於工程空檔時間調取期刊，請於收到email回覆後至綜院2樓大廳綜圖開放空間現場閱覽。

Due to renovation works on the first-floor HVAC ducts and ceiling, the Social Sciences Library will be closed from December 29 to March 15 April 09.
During this period, the library will not be open for on-site access.
Library Services During the Closure
• Books from the Social Sciences Library are available by online reservation only.
Please wait for an email notification before picking up your items.
• When placing a request, users may choose:
►Pickup at the temporary service counter
(Social Sciences Library Open Area, 2nd-floor lobby of the General Building of Colleges), or
►Pickup at another campus library
(delivery takes approximately 2–4 working days).
►External users without a university account are unable to place online hold requests for library materials
